Confirmation of reservations

Thank you for choosing us for your travel experiences. All reservations made with us are initially confirmed via email.

You will receive a confirmation email guaranteeing that your reservation has been registered in our system. Once you have received this email, you can proceed with the partial or total payment of your reservation in order for it to be registered in our system. confirmed. Modifications and reprogramming

Any changes you wish to make to your reservation must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure time.

The company reserves the right to modify the order or content of the services to ensure better customer service or due to force majeure.

  • This line is exclusively for passengers at destination and provides rapid attention in the event of an emergency.

Search policy (pick up and drop off)

The passenger must be present at the indicated place with a maximum tolerance time of 5 minutes. It is essential that passengers pay attention to the search schedule communicated for the tour.

If the passenger is not at the meeting point at the agreed time, the tour will be forfeited without refund. Please be sure to be on time to avoid inconveniences and loss of the tour.

Please note that the search schedule may have a delay of 30 to 45 minutes due to travel time.

  • Cancelaciones realizadas con más de 48 horas de antelación al inicio del servicio: Se reembolsa el 90% del valor total del tour. Se aplica un cargo del 10% por gastos administrativos.

  • Cancelaciones realizadas dentro de las 48 horas previas al inicio del servicio o en caso de no presentación (no show): No se realizan reembolsos.

Prices include taxes. However, these values are subject to change without prior notice due to possible changes in the cost of services.
